Today, each one of them lives on in its own way thanks to the passion of their owners or managers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moulindelapierre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Moulin de la Pierre<\/strong><\/a> in Moulins-sur-Tardoire: the last <strong>hydraulic stone-sawing mill<\/strong> still in operation after rehabilitation, animations around stone cutting and art<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MoulinVouthon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Moulin de Vouthon<\/strong><\/a>: hydroelectric power station and certified organic production of<strong> hazelnut, camelina, walnut and sesame oil and flour<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/brasserie-larainette.fr\/\"><strong>Moulin de Chazelles<\/strong><\/a>:<strong> craft brewery &#8220;La Rainette&#8221;<\/strong>, organisation of guinguette evenings in July and August<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemoulindelaforge.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Moulin de la Forge<\/strong><\/a> in Moulins-sur-Tardoire: production of<strong> corn and chestnut flour and artisanal walnut and hazelnut oils<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moulindelatardoire.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Moulin de Chabrot<\/strong><\/a> in Montbron: <strong>gastronomic restaurant &#8220;Le Moulin de la Tardoire&#8221;<\/strong> (1 Michelin star)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moulin de Trotte-Renard<\/strong> in Bunzac: production of <strong>walnut and hazelnut oil<\/strong>, bread oven in operation during open days<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moulin de la Chaume<\/strong> in Saint-Germain de Montbron: production of <strong>walnut, hazelnut and sunflower oils and flour for bread-making<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Moulin de Menet<\/strong> in Montbron:\u00a0<strong>a roller mill<\/strong>, transformed into a flour mill at the end of the 19th century, accessible only on open days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Open house at the mills<\/h3>\n<p>Take advantage of the various open door events to visit our mills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bandiat-Tardoire Living Mills Days: last weekend in February<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Journ\u00e9es Patrimoine de Pays et des Moulins : 3rd weekend in June<\/li>\n<li>European Heritage Days: 3rd weekend in September<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Visits, demonstrations, tastings and sales of products<\/strong> punctuate these open days.
